Yesterday was the 7th annual National Pancake Day Campaign hosted by IHOP. They gave away a free stack of buttermilk pancakes and asked if you would make a donation to the Children’s Miracle Network as well.
What a wonderful fundraising idea for Children’s Miracle Network and a feather in the cap for IHOP! Not to mention a great family night out for dinner.
Kids and moms around the nation were singing IHOP’s praises last tonight! My family included. 🙂
I researched and found that IHOP has raised over $8 million dollars for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and other local charities and given away over 14 million pancakes in the process. If you put all those pancake stacks together it would be 16 miles high!
Many people benefitted from National Pancake Day yesterday and I’m not just talking about the waitresses either!
